Ok i don't pretend to be an expert on the NBA, if anything it's probably the sport I know the least about out of the big 4 (and if you don't know what the big 4 are leave now). However there is one thing I do know about the NBA and that is, this has to be one of the most boring NBA finals ever. I don't know why the NBA has such a hardon for the Spurs but once again they are going to get what they want a Spurs sweep in the finals. Mainly because the Cavs are a decent team in the NBA, not good, definatly not great but a solid team. However in the Eastern conference they are the elite, and thats just sad. But I digress, why is this one of the most boring NBA finals ever? Because nothing is happening in it. There are no superstars taking over the games, no controversies to talk about, just one great team against the Fighting LeBrons. Speaking of Lebron where the fuck has he been this entire series? He has gone 22-60 in the finals so far, not to good for the heir to His Airness.
The Spurs are just a great team, much like the Patriots, they have one or two big name players but the team works together as a whole. For big fans of basketball the Spurs are probally one of the greatest things out there to watch just to watch them work together as a whole, much like the neutral zone trap is one of my favorite things to watch in hockey but is boring to pretty much everyone else.
But no matter what happens in game 4 tonight there is nothing stopping the Spurs from winning another NBA title and securing there place as a dynasty, nothing at all. ONly if Lebron can channel Wilt Chamberlan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Dr. J, and Jordan will the Cavs be able to stop the Spurs.
